Byron Thomas is a Los Angeles producer, editor, and media creative whose work focuses on bringing ambitious independent stories to life. Byron's central role at Berry Good is guiding production from early development through execution, helping transform writer/director Cleo Berry’s vision into a completed project.
Working closely alongside Cleo throughout the development of JARED, Byron helped shape the project through planning, fundraising, budgeting, and production coordination. On set, he took a deeply involved approach to filmmaking from helping build sets to coordinating cast call times and maintaining production schedules. Known for his adaptability and problem-solving mindset, Byron approaches production with the belief that there is always a way to get the job done.
Beyond film, Byron brings an extensive background in digital storytelling to every project he undertakes. His experience producing and editing The Moment podcast further strengthened his instincts for pacing, presentation, and audience engagement. His creative perspective is rooted in the viewer experience, with a strong emphasis on delivering work that feels polished, immersive, and respectful of the audience’s attention.
In addition to his production work, Thomas manages web properties and digital media initiatives for  Berry Good Entertainment, helping expand the company’s online presence and creative reach. Together, Byron and Cleo are committed to developing projects that spotlight voices and stories often overlooked by mainstream Hollywood, and creating work that is both culturally resonant and emotionally authentic.
